About Edward Kaplan

In my career to date, I have demonstrated myself to be an expert in higher education management and administration. My expertise has allowed me to become a reliable, professional, and efficient team leader who is well-suited to the rigors of accomplishing vital tasks within a fast-paced, highly regulated educational environment. Time and again, I have demonstrated an exceptional attention to detail, impeccable accuracy, and outstanding cross-functional communication skills. My skills have allowed me to secure innumerable successes advising research projects and acting as a faculty advisor, where I have guided students through the development of a research paper, which ultimately was awarded top paper honors. I was additionally selected for participation in a special project where I toiled in partnership with the government of Georgia and created an optimized national defense strategy. Furthermore, I led a team of 19 staff members and eight professors through pedagogical improvements, course administration, and student assessment activities. Between my ability to supervise departmental function and integrate university policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives into department actions and my talents as an instructor, I am confident of my ability to uncover similar successes for your company.
