Business Modeling and Analysis: Formulating and execution of tailor-made collaboration models for bankers, investors etc. This involves close interaction with the private equity investors. Initiate, develop, and implemented various business formats in line with organization objectives.• Selected Achievements o Independently created a business model for banker for raising a fund of INR 165 Crores, for setting up of super-specialty tertiary care eye institutes across India. o Designed a detailed business model for investors for private equity infusion for 3rd round of Funding. This includes a detailed analysis of various assumptions, deep analysis of various performance indicators like ROCE, ROI, EV/EBIDTA, Break Even Analysis etc. Budgets and MIS: Integration of financial information with sound budget systems for various units including the flagship hospital of the group. • Selected Achievements o Designed and implemented the New structured budget with more emphasis on bottom line. Orchestrated budget process with all departments and senior management resulting in the presentation of the final budget approval from the CFO and board of directors. o Implemented monthly closing of financial results versus the budgets for the entire 56 running hospitals o Designed New financial MIS format for the senior management and investors. This MIS format is successfully implemented daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually.Financial and Accounting Operations: Currently heading the department of finance and accounts. Team of 40 members reporting directly for various day to day routine matters of the finance & accounts.o Part of the core team from finance department which look after the installation of the ERP package at group level.
