   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Function as part of a geographically disperse IT team• Provide end-user support to office and field based employees; inclusive of hardware and software• Coordinate the local IT systems operations and maintenance; with guidance and support from head office• Help develop and maintain a standardized document management practice for IT Standard Procedures and Work Instructions; assist with the maintenance of documents within• Some after-hours work and on-call required. DUTIES:• Point of contact for U.S. Offices• End user support for all Corporate IT• Account creation/termination using AD and Exchange 2013• End user training (Office 365, WebEx, etc.)• Laptop/desktop builds and software deployment• Support and champion Corporate IT initiatives• Provide administrative support for the Shoretel phone system (setup, configuration and maintenance)• Provide first level support for proprietary hardware and software• New Facilities setup for U.S. Offices as needed• Some travel may be required; but minimal REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:· Good communication skills; written and oral· Strong knowledge for operating systems (Windows XP/7/8/2003/2008/2012)· Strong knowledge of network fundamentals· Experience with Office 365, DFS, Citrix, Exchange 2010/2013, VOIP (Shoretel preferred)· Remote desktop support (VNC and RDP preferred - TeamViewer an asset)· Strong command line skills (scripting experience an asset)· Previous experience with hardware (Dell DRAC, CMC, ASA, switching, etc.), RAID cards, Motherboard· Microsoft.NET application support and deployment experience; an asset· SharePoint experience; an asset· MDM experience; an asset (iOS, Android, BES, Windows Phone, AirWatch, InTune)
