ABOUT EDWARD ISLES

As Managing Director my role is to lead, and drive, The Number 4 Group’s penetration into new markets – with a particularly strong emphasis on devising, developing and implementing business growth and sales strategies that result in an increased market share. This is achieved through building highly motivated and results focused teams, diversifying revenue streams, building relationships that open new markets, and formulating a strategy for sustainable growth during periods of change. My previous experiences includes • 17 years’ experience within the security industry encompassing – day to day responsibility for multi-site, multi discipline operations including contract management, business development, recruitment, training and associated HR. • 12 years training experience leading multi-site operations delivering a range of training services within the further education, welfare to work and commercial sectors As leader of the business, my role is to inspire and enable my teams to accomplish their full potential. I also have a keen interest in community based enterprises and social investment - and how innovative provision can help people and communities to make lasting change.
