Over 25 years of Information Technology experience, including more than two decades with ASRC Federal, supporting major Federal agencies such as the Department of Energy (DoE), Department of Labor (DoL), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), and currently at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). I have a proven track record of overseeing high-risk, multi-million-dollar government contracts, projects, and large teams. At NOAA, I support their Financial Management Data System, building customer relationships based on trust and setting realistic expectations for new feature development and system upgrades. I work closely with and coordinate efforts among the product owner, development team, support team, data team, training team, and documentation specialist, leveraging (PMI) project management tools and techniques to ensure seamless collaboration.    In August 2021, I transferred to ASRC Federal Cyber (AFC), another subsidiary under the ASRC Federal family of companies, where I am the Program Manager for the Dept of Health and Human Services (DHHS)- Food and Drug Administration (FDA), supporting the Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA) Applications Help Desk.In June 2015, I transferred to ASRC Federal Data Solutions (AFDS), another subsidiary under the ASRC Federal family of companies, where I supported the Dept of Labor - OCIO. I transferred to ASRC Aerospace in December 2011 to be the Project Manager/Deputy Program Manager supporting the DOL in Washington, DC where I supervised, managed, and supported multiple technologies and projects; Unified Communications/VoIP/IVR, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Management projects such as the migration to new software development platform & tools (IBM JTS; RTC, RRC, RQM, RPT, RFT), Business Intelligence upgrade of querying & reporting tools (SAP Business Objects), Middle Tier application server upgrade, pattern deployment and provisioning (IBM WebSphere App Server), Application Performance Monitoring (APM) system (AppDynamics) as well as environmental upgrades of Windows, Linux, AIX, and VMware on new HP hardware blades and enclosures using NetApp storage. I have given presentations and spoke at several conferences over the years, including and IBM\'s world wide InnerConnect, Innovate, and Impact, and AppDynamics\' AppSphere. Before Dept of Labor, I supported the Dept of Energy from 2004 as Program Manager, responsible for the nationwide management of a $200M IDIQ Prime Contract for Microsoft Enterprise License Agreements (ELA/EULA), Microsoft Premier Support Services (MPSS), and Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS). At the same time, I was managing a subcontract under the prime contractor Energy Enterprise Services (EES) for HQ, which included Help Desk support, Identity & Access Management, Cyber Security, and other project support.
