Manage all aspects of hardware rapid prototyping & analysis workflow in support of engineering & design teams- Design/ build/ manage state-of-the-art hardware product development lab facilities across multiple sites (rapid prototyping, additive manufacturing, CNC milling, metrology, failure analysis)- Build & manage the Engineering Services Team: defining roles, hiring, fostering career growth & development, performance evaluations, & establishing a vision for a multi-year roadmap- Drive alignment between engineering, design, prototyping teams, and senior leadership- Oversee fabrication of a wide range of models, prototypes, & testing fixtures using various technologies & model making techniques: additive manufacturing, mold making, RTV casting, painting, laser cutting, CNC milling, and various other techniques- Forecasting capital and operational expenses on annual basis, budget management- Oversee purchasing, inventory, & equipment maintenance- Develop and implement a comprehensive safety training program in collaboration with EHS & legal teams- In collaboration with EHS & legal teams, ensure compliance with all federal, state & local regulations pertaining to campus-wide lab operations- Serve as spokesperson for product development labs, interfacing with internal & external groups, partners, & distinguished guests- Experimentation, process development, documentation.

Focusing on a wide range of projects, including augmented reality wearable devices, audio devices, camera drones, and scale architectural models, my work is about developing products and experiences that foster human connection and enhance our experience of the world around us.
