About Edward Goldmeier
Edward has more than 40 years of experience in the shopping center industry in sales, leasing and the development/redevelopment of a variety of retail property types. This includes regional malls, mini-malls, strip centers and free-standing properties. He has also been instrumental in developing strategies for retailers to effectively enter the highly competitive Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas. Edward manages the national and regional expansion programs of several retailers. Goldmeier is an inaugural recipient of the new CRRP (Certified Retail Real Estate Professional) as well as one of the first to obtain the CRX (Certified Retail Property Executive) designation and was one of the first to earn the CLS (Certified Leasing Specialist) designation from the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). The FDIC uses input from Edward in preparing it\'s Beige Book reports.
