Always wanted to work in the hospitality industry since when I was a little boy going to Orlando with my family on vacation. Told my family at the age of 8 that I will work in a hotel and work for Disney. Ended up getting an opportunity to work for Disney at their College Program in 1989. One of my greatest learning experiences was having classes with the CEO Michael Eisner and some other high level leaders spending time talking with the College Hospitality students.
