I’m an HR strategy professional with 15+ years of experience across high-impact organizations, including Google and the U.S. Navy. I’ve led enterprise-wide salary modeling, incentive program development, and equity audits, helping improve internal fairness, regulatory compliance, and performance alignment across large, complex workforces.With leadership experience spanning recruitment, compensation analytics, and talent programs, I bring both strategic acumen and a people-first leadership approach. At Google, I supported data center operations (akin to oil & gas and energy sector environments) by building scalable compensation models and Workday tools. In the Navy, I managed comp strategy and workforce programs for 400K+ service members.Currently on a short-term HR contract assignment in New York, my family and I call Tulsa, Oklahoma home.
