Participate on the hotel\'s Executive Committee. Work directly with other Executive Colleagues during the pre-opening phase of the hotel creating and implementing policies & procedures for all of the facilities maintenance staff. Handled recruiting for all engineering positions including positions affiliated with residents, apartments & master association. Created and implemented a comprehensive training schedule for all new engineering colleagues that was executed in the final month of the pre opening phase. Liaise between various users of the facility as well as establish methodologies on the allocations of expenses for labor, materials & utilities as per the various governing documents. Worked closely with other Executive Colleagues in establishing MO service standards and achieved 5 diamond status in our first year of operation & Forbes 5- Star rating in year three of operation, as well as the Conde Nast readers poll ranking of third best hotel in the US and 20th in the world. Implemented policy and procedures for the industry\'s highest rated risk prevention program, including but not limited to all Business Continuity Plans and Risk Assessment modules. Create and maintain operating budgets for multiple entities sharing the facility. Assisted in the creation of the capital reserve for both hotel and residences.
