Responsible for staff development of 4 Managers (direct reports) and team building, promoting professionalism for 90 employees covering inpatient admissions, emergency department registrations, outpatient ancillary registration, financial clearance, centralized scheduling & authorizations. SME for CERNER EHR conversion 2019. Serves as a catalyst for initiating change and innovation within the organization.
