   A mission-critical, multi-faceted, and customer-facing role as a subject matter expert (SME) in SCADA system, industrial automation, and networks engineering for PV, BESS, and hybrid renewable energy assets across America:• High-throughput (30+ projects per year) project management for SCADA/ICS deployments ranging from 5MW distributed energy resource (DER/DG) to 100MW+ utility-scale plants and substations• Cradle-to-Grave project lifecycle engineering support, starting from origination, contract development, and requirements management, through design constraint reconciliation, functional analysis, design synthesis, delineation and allocation of the scope of work to vendors or system integrators (RFP), architecture design (30/60/90), hands-on implementation and commissioning (FAT/SAT), and operations (O&M) support• Platform lifecycle management for a variety of SCADA platforms (cloud-based, bare-metal, virtualized, open-architectures) and ICS architecture frameworks, including development and maintenance of standardized design guidelines, baseline system configurations, control schemes, points lists, network topologies, test & evaluation (T&E) plans, closeout documentation, etc.• Stakeholder relationship management across ISOs, utilities, SCADA integrators (vendors), equipment suppliers, consultants, clients, financiers, and diverse interests and key partners• Hands-on technical root cause analysis (RCA) and asset lifecycle optimization, especially regarding asset quality assurance, performance validation, and O&M services• Management and mentorship of Jr. engineers, including hands-on training, resource planning, and workflow management
