Research of industries and companies to facilitate the corporate merger and acquisition goals of our clients, which consist of preeminent private equity, family office, and strategic purchasers across the country. Participate in obtaining/defining specific criteria from clients (i.e, products, end-markets, revenue size, etc.) and identify companies that match these criteria, utilizing the internet, online databases, industry association company lists, Company’s own proprietary database, and any other creative means to identify such targets. Responsibilities also include tracking research progress, statistics to generate progress reports for clients, and participating in the design and preparation of marketing materials for target companies & clients and preparation of deal collateral materials.
