As a senior leader at Warner Bros. Discovery, I manage and lead both the WBD Distribution Engineering Projects Team and the Distribution Operations Engineering Team, guiding a talented group of professionals. Together, we ensure the seamless design, execution, and support of WBD\'s EMEA distribution infrastructure.Distribution Engineering Projects Team- Lead the planning, design, implementation, and continuous support of Warner Bros. Discovery’s compression and distribution infrastructure across satellite, fibre, and cloud delivery platforms- Responsible for the encoding, encryption and distribution of the comprehensive WBD EMEA portfolio, which includes major channels such as Discovery Channel, TLC, HGTV, HBO, Cinemax, CNN, Cartoon Network, Cartoonito, Warner TV, Eurosport, and TNT Sports.Distribution Operations Engineering Team- Serve as the primary point of contact for all affiliate-facing inquiries and issues related to WBD EMEA Distribution- Manage first-line support for distribution outages, coordinating swift resolution and minimizing service disruption- Oversee 24/7 monitoring of WBD’s EMEA final handoffs, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery for the full portfolio of channels- Issue distribution communications and manage planned work notifications to affiliates, ensuring all distribution affecting changes are clearly communicated.
