Led process to acquire two external organizations that generated over $25M annual in net revenue and added almost $2M annually to the operating margin of the organization. Process included completing a feasibility analysis of the potential acquisitions, managing the request for information process, using the information to build a financial model based on assumptions of growth and efficiency, presenting to senior leadership for approval to pursue the formal arrangement, hiring an external valuation firm to support the analysis, developing a business plan for the acquisition, facilitating the definitive agreements with both internal and external legal teams, and development and implementation of the project plans.
