Experienced nuclear licensing professional specializing in Regulatory Projects and development of solutions for licensing basis and regulatory compliance issues. Currently the License Renewal Supervisor for Seabrook Station overseeing in-house and contracted team members during the development and regulatory review of the License Renewal Application for Seabrook Station including the first in the industry aging management programs for Alkali Silica Reaction and Building Deformation. In addition providing management and oversight to resolve current operability issues related to Structure Monitoring Programs, ASR and Building Deformation. Supervising engineering evaluations and vendor interface related to the technical and environmental development of information supporting the application. During the development of the License Renewal Application held positions as the Time Limited Aging Analysis Lead and Environmental Lead implementing the License Renewal submittal for the extension of Seabrook\'s Facility Operating License.Immediately prior to this position, I was Site project manager responsible for the implementation of the Cyber Security Project. The CSP is intended to implement the controls of NEI 08-09 to safeguard critical digital assets and to protect the health and safety of the public from radiological sabotage as a result of a cyber attack. The project intent is to address the regulatory requirements mandated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to protect digital computers, communication systems, and networks from cyber attack.
