About Edward Agarwala

I currently manage a group in our CRM Control organization. We are responsible for determining and sharing employee performance and rankings, evaluating CBA\'s, and standard control functions for our customer care centers and sales organization.I used to manage and develop a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts finding prescriptive analytics opportunities for our CRM organization. Among other things we found targeted segments for our customer treatments to ensure we offer the right services at the right time to the right people. Our DS team deploys these applications in AWS for IT and BI services to consume.I used to work in Progressive\'s UBI program, Snapshot. Using over a trillion points of vehicle telemetry data, I encoded driving behaviors and built predictive models on future losses. I developed our analytics environment in hadoop and later in AWS.
