I serve as Chair of the Subrogation Department at White and Williams LLP. The Subrogation Department has a national practice for Property, Workers’ Compensation and Water losses. We receive losses in all 50 states and routinely average 55 million in gross recoveries on an annual basis for our clients. The Department offers an aggressive early intervention program, utilizing a vast network of screened experts and consultants.
