I’m a publishing and marketing leader with 20+ years in the games industry, leading global go-to-market strategy, commercial performance, and developer partnerships across indie, and mobile.Most recently, I led the indie publishing label at a global publisher, owning portfolio strategy, publishing deals, platform partnerships, and P&L across multiple titles. I launched and scaled the label’s most successful game, PowerWash Simulator, to 12M+ players worldwide, while building and leading an agile publishing team through periods of significant change and managing senior stakeholders at executive and board level, both internally and externally.I’m particularly passionate about developer-first publishing, I want to understand why a game is made and why players will love it and make it the core of any strategy.
