   Manage team of PMs responsible for the Azure Product Support program in the USGOV, USSEC, and USNAT clouds. • Provided business intelligence analysis and reporting for insights focused on case volume forecasts, headcount capacity planning, budgets, end customer experience drivers, and engineering support efficiency. • Managed all components of the support delivery program including support processes for portal and phone modalities, and data model and reporting infrastructure as part of new Federal government contracts. • Supported new support offerings targeting the US national market with process flows and costing models. • Closed support experience gaps between commercial and government clouds offerings by driving parity in support engineering tooling, guided troubleshooters, and access to product telemetry data. • Managed the support readiness programs for all new products and feature launches for Gov customers. • Created new learning paths for the support engineers using a data driven approach combining current case volume technology demands with projections based on new product launch roadmap.
