Lead Engineer Mobility Ride-hailing Teleoperation Driverless @Bliq

I lead Mobile engineering at Bliq and joined the company with ownership of the mobile architecture and delivery. My work has followed the evolution of both the product and the company strategy — from ride-hailing to driverless/AI.1) Rebuilding a critical driver product: early on, my main mission was to restructure and almost fully rewrite a legacy driver-facing app. This product enabled drivers to operate multiple ride-hailing platforms through a single interface, unifying workflows and improving day-to-day operations.2) Building the passenger\'s app: later, we built the passenger app from scratch. We delivered an Uber-like user experience with a clear advantage: passengers can compare prices and ETAs across multiple providers and choose the most economical/fastest option.3) Expanding into real-time systems (driverless + AI): with the rise of driverless and AI-driven systems, I expanded my scope into lower-level engineering and began building components in Rust. I also led the development of the remote cockpit, integrated peripherals, and constructed the prototype of the video streaming solution, which later evolved into our current system.Throughout these phases, I kept a strong focus on performance, UX simplicity, and engineering quality (modular architecture, testing, automation, and delivery best practices).
