Generate, track, aggregate, and submit budget and resourcing data for information technology and information security initiatives in support of government contract bidding and proposals using industry standard and de facto formats • Negotiate with relevant stakeholders (e.g, information system owners, contract officers), demonstrate services and capabilities, identify problem areas, and recommend solutions in order to fund cyber and cybersecurity efforts • Develop plan of action and milestones (POA & Ms), provide executive-level and detail-oriented briefs to stakeholders, and enforce strict adherence and accountability for established deadlines to ensure timely delivery of RMF authorizations (e.g, Authority to Operate (ATO), Interim Authority to Test (IATT)) • Serve as the lead ISSM, NQV, and ISSE in support of acquiring General Service (GENSER), Special Access Program (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) RMF authorizations • Execute vulnerability scans using Assured Compliance Assessment System (ACAS)(i.e, Nessus) and SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC), conduct Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) assessments, and provide guidance for risk compliance remediation in support of RMF deliverables • Develop, implement, and maintain adaptable policies, standards, and procedures in support of executing organizational information security and cybersecurity objectives
