ABOUT EDUARDO RODRIGUES SILVA FILHO
I am a space systems engineer with experience in flight dynamics and operations of geostationary satellites, formation flying, and time transfer. I worked for three years on the Brazilian Geostationary Satellite of Defense and Strategic Communications (SGDC) project. I hold a master’s degree in Space Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin) and a Ph.D. from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), conducted jointly with the Microwaves and Radar Institute of the German Aerospace Center (DLR). I currently work as a research scientist at DLR HR, where I conduct research on synchronization, navigation, and control for future distributed SAR missions and support the SAR Concepts Group in mission analysis.
