   For three years, I worked as Floral Lead and Creative Director at Branching Out Events, where I led the planning, design, and execution of all floral production for high-end events.One of my core responsibilities was developing strategic floral recipes for each project—calculating exact quantities, flower varieties, and combinations for every design. I handled full flower orders, from supplier selection and seasonal availability to coordinating delivery schedules and ensuring quality control upon arrival.I oversaw the entire production process, managing teams of designers, assistants, and vendors. I designed and implemented custom floral structures, including suspended installations, hanging pieces, advanced floral mechanics, tailored bases, and practical structural solutions to ensure visual impact.I also applied technical knowledge in lighting, carpentry, rigging, and logistics, quickly solving last-minute challenges to ensure that each installation was executed flawlessly and on time.My work was part of major events for clients such as the Dallas Cowboys, SMU Dallas, the Bush family, and Gwen Stefani’s wedding, always upholding a high standard of emotional and visual quality.This experience gave me complete mastery over large-scale floral production—from concept to execution. It shaped me into a creative and technical leader capable of delivering seamless results under pressure, always with a luxury-driven approach.I also played a key role in developing prototypes and floral mock-ups, collaborating with production teams to test designs before final installation. My attention to detail and ability to think creatively under pressure made me a go-to leader on site. Every event was an opportunity to merge structure with storytelling—bringing ideas to life through flowers with precision and artistry.
