DCM is an architecture and engineering design & construction firm gifted with a fantastically talented team that designs, builds and maintains award winning architecture and engineering projects in the Continental USA and around the world. From our offices in the Philadelphia Metro Area (Camden, NJ), NYC, Barcelona, and Kerala we apply design intelligence to design, build and maintain building and building systems that provide memorable experiences for our clients, their collaborators and end-users. Our clients include private developers, property managers, Fortune 500 companies, charter schools, universities and multiple agencies of federal and state governments. On a personal note, I enjoy nature and wild life, particularly marine wild life. That is why I spend as much time as possible scuba diving to see big fish up close and personal. I used to race triathlons but had to stop to devote 100% of my time to DCM. Now I am coming back; slowly but surely.    I am President, Co-Founder & Managing Member at DCM Architecture & Engineering. As a former Fulbright Fellow, I have been a frequent lecturer and guest critic at the Schools of Architecture at the Universities of Pennsylvania, Drexel and Philadelphia University as well as La Salle University in Cancun, Mexico and the School of Architecture of the National University of Mexico (UNAM).I am actively involved with the Latino community in the Philadelphia/Camden Metro area and have served as President of the Board of Dirtectors at the Mexican Cultural Center in Philadelphia. Under my leadership DCM has diversified its services to include full engineering services (MEP & F), general construction, construction management and building commissioning to DCM\'s already successful architectural practice. DCM is a global firm with projects in a dozen countries and regional offices in Barcelona, Spain; New York City; Cancun; Mexico, Kerala and Camden, NJ.DCM provides professional and construction serves to multiple Federal Agencies like the General Services Administration, the Department of Defense, the National Parks Service, the Department of Agriculture, the GSA White House Service Center, the Department of Transportation and the US Army Corps of Engineers among others. All of DCM\'s services focus on High Performance for building facilities.DCM AE\'s private client list includes Hyatt\'s Apple Leisure Group, Reserve Bank. Johnson & Johnson, PREIT, MASERICH, universities, facilities managers and non-for profits. In Dec. 2015, Mr. Guzman was awarded the Philadelphia Biz Journal Most Admired CEOs Award. Mr. Guzman received the U.S. 2014 Small Business Administration Minority Small Business Person of the Year. In April, 2014, he also received New Jersey\'s Business Incubator Network Company of the Year.In 2010, Eduardo was honored as Philadelphia Business Journal\'s Minority Business Leader and as Hispanic Business Professional of the Year by the Philadelphia Choice Awards.
