   I am responsible for the learning reporting and compliance function in Americas assurance. I am involved in the automation of the learning compliance and reporting function through the use of data analytics, robotic process automation, and process centralization. I also compile statistics for the US audit learning framework from the regional assurance learning leaders for presentation to assurance leadership. I manage the compliance and reporting requirements of the assurance curriculum in the US to ensure accuracy and consistency. I also manage special reporting projects related to regulatory matters or at the request of leadership. I serve as the primary liaison with Professional Practice Quality and Risk Management (PPQRM) analytics team as well as other teams requesting learning compliance information to ensure consistency in reporting. I manage the deployment of critical learning events including webcasts that may be converted to e-learning courses as well as the related reporting.
