Responsible in warehouse computerized operation using SAP system Issue and Received of 2 years spare parts, capital spares, and commissioning spares for Onshore Gas Terminal, Offshore Platform and Subsea materials. Physically inspect each item, particularly checking part number details should match the materials transfer documents for each package and report any discrepancy found to Project Management Team (PMT). Observed Preservation Procedures for the different types of materials and manage a regular check of bin tags inside the warehouse. Execute inventory taking for the 2 years spares, capital spares, and commissioning spares, for Onshore Gas Terminal, Offshore Platform, and Subsea materials. Ensure all MSDS was properly tag to each chemical and lube oil containers and a copy in the office file. Working as part of the onshore support team to identify areas for improvement etc within company base activities. Ensure all relevant personnel are advised by e-mail immediately on the receipt of Tools and Equipment or purchased / requested materials and returns from Oil Platform. Assist Services Lead to all materials and equipment to be delivered to Oil Platform. Ensure house-keeping is maintained to the highest standard to improve efficiency and safety at all times. Work effectively with other members of staff to ensure a harmonious working environment Provide support for the Inbound and Outbound materials in the Offshore Platform and Subsea materials.
