Product Development Analyst | Injection Mold Specialist | Cost Reduction | Functional PrototypingWith over 25 years of experience in product and injection mold development, I’ve built a solid and versatile career across industries such as automotive, home appliances, healthcare, and toys. Since the beginning of my journey in 1997, I’ve been deeply involved in every stage of the mold development process — from critical design analysis to final try-outs — with a strong focus on large-scale molds and advanced technologies like fabric overmolding, gas-assisted injection, metal overmolding, and 2K molding.I’ve led international projects and collaborated with global teams, managing complete tooling development and contributing to the creation of more efficient and competitive standard components. In product development, I’m passionate about turning ideas into real solutions — building and validating functional prototypes using 3D scanning, FDM printing, and machined components for assembly testing and design clinics.Since 2018, I’ve been part of Electrolux Brazil, with experience in the P&D and APD departments, and currently working in the DME sector, where I lead cost reduction projects for plastic and metal components. I use Teamcenter and CATIA V5 to develop technically viable solutions, validated through physical testing and FEA structural analysis, ensuring product performance, quality, and competitiveness.Driven by technical challenges and innovation, I bring critical thinking, collaborative spirit, and a results-oriented mindset.
