Eduardo has spent 25+ years at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people — helping large, mission-driven organizations run better, grow stronger, and deliver on what matters most to their clients and communities.As Vice President, Eduardo oversees a large portfolio of projects and delivery teams (100+ practitioners) and enterprise-wide functions in workforce planning and strategy, solutions & service offerings development, organizational transformation, and financial oversight of revenue commitments. Earlier in his career at IBM, Eduardo led large federal consulting portfolios, managed teams of 80+ practitioners across complex multi-year programs, and drove $150M+ in annual cost savings for one of the country\'s largest logistics operations. Across both roles, the focus has always been the same — build the systems, teams, and culture that allow an organization to scale with intention.Eduardo brings an uncommon combination of operational depth, financial acumen, and technical fluency — including organizational transformation, change management expertise, development of advisory services, and hands-on experience with AI, data analytics, and cloud platforms. Eduardo completed his PMP certification in February of 2011. Eduardo is an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), certified Amazon Cloud Practitioner coupled with certifications in organizational transformation and change management. Eduardo has completed a certificate of specialization in Business and Society which focuses on business & climate change and ESG reporting from Harvard Business School. Prior to working at IBM, Eduardo spent five years working in the public sector.
