About Eduardo Campos

I have spent most of my career working on operational and logistics challenges where the goal was not only reducing costs, but improving how systems actually work. A big part of my work has involved analyzing transportation networks, identifying inefficiencies, and building practical solutions that improve service levels while also making operations more sustainable. In one project, I developed the concept for an internal optimization tool using linear, nonlinear and integer models in Excel, which later became the foundation for several successful projects at the company. What I enjoy most is looking at complex systems and figuring out how small structural changes can produce better results. Sometimes that means redesigning routes or contracts, other times it means improving the way teams use data to make decisions. One lesson that has stayed with me came from a former manager who used to say that data by itself means very little if people are not willing to act on it. That idea has shaped the way I approach projects. Analysis is important, but implementation and real operational impact matter much more. I am particularly interested in roles that combine operations, analytics and strategy, especially in environments where complex systems and large-scale logistics are involved.
