ABOUT EDUARDO BRICEÑO
I know how frustrating it is to work in a know-it-all culture, because I used to perpetuate one,+- Most high-performing organizations get trapped executing what they already know well, which stalls continuous improvement and breakthroughs. I help leaders build cultures where people proactively evolve not only their business, but also themselves. Since partnering with Stanford Professor Carol Dweck in 2007, I\'ve supported hundreds of organizations in developing growth mindset cultures through a systematic approach that goes beyond inspiration. While a growth mindset—the belief that we can change and improve—is necessary, it\'s not sufficient. Sustainable transformation requires shifting mindsets, habits, and systems that shape daily behavior. To overcome chronic performance mode (executing without experimenting, reflecting, or debriefing), organizations must harmonize the Performance Zone (the ways we execute) with the Learning Zone (the ways we improve). This creates cultures that deliver results today while building capabilities for tomorrow, My approach combines rigorous research with practical application. My TED Talks have reached over 10 million people, and my book won multiple awards and was selected as a Must-Read by the Next Big Idea Club. The complete first chapter is available at performanceparadox.com. I was shortlisted by Thinkers50 for the Breakthrough Idea Award for \"radical ideas that have the potential to reshape the future of business.\" I\'m honored to be a member of the Aspen Institute\'s Global Leadership Network and inductee in the Happiness Hall of Fame: Escape chronic performance traps that limit innovation and growth Embed systematic learning into daily operations and ways of working Develop leaders who model growth-oriented behaviors Create psychological safety and learning encouragement that support smart risk-taking Build sustainable competitive advantages through continuous evolutionTo explore how we might partner: info [at] briceno.com
