ABOUT EDUARD BELTRAN

Eduard Beltran is a lawyer, consultant, and expert speaker on negotiation and leadership. Over the years, he has trained more than professionals worldwide. As a negotiation expert, he has participated in high-stakes negotiations across 60 countries in Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Oceania, advising over 400 international companies and organizations.He has served as a principal consultant at the Centre Européen de la Négociation in Paris and currently leads the Center for Negotiation (CEFNE) and International Business Trainings in London. Additionally, he teaches negotiation at several leading international universities, including Sciences Po Paris, ESSEC Business School in France, the Complutense University of Madrid, and Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.As a lawyer, he has worked on international investment projects and dispute resolution, as well as serving the French government as Head of the Ministry of Justice’s Department for International Cooperation. In this role, he was responsible for coordinating relations with the European Union, international organizations, and foreign governments.Eduard holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, a Political Science degree from Sciences Po Paris, and an LLM in International Law from New York University (NYU). A former student of the prestigious École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) in France, he has also received advanced training in negotiation from Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation.He is the author of several books, including The Secret Art of Negotiation, Leadership: The Positive Influence, and Trust Me.
