   2018 to present: ACCOLADE Seattle, WA Director - Technical Program Manager Product leader owning the definition and delivery of the technical roadmap for Accolade’s mission critical HealthTech systems that manage family’s health care data. Experienced in leading product & engineering teams developing services hosted in both the AWS Commercial and AWS Government Clouds. Owns driving the vision, product management, partner engagement, engineering and deployment for Accolade Cloud Platform (ACP) data services that ingests/transforms/handles the personal health care data that enables delivery of health care services for Accolade\'s customers. Demonstrates high impact and respectful collaboration with C level executives, engineering managers, engineers, product managers, legal teams, security teams and operations staff throughout the development cycle resulting in successfully developing, deploying and operating Accolade Cloud Platform Services running in AWS. Functions as a Principal Technical Program Manager driving successful collaboration across legal, finance, operations, product management, senior executives, external technology partners and multiple engineering teams located in Seattle, Bay Area, Philadelphia and the Czech Republic.
