As an experienced Professional Engineer, I have over 30 years of land development project experience from mixed use centers, commercial shopping centers for national and local retail clients/developers to residential subdivisions for national and local builders /developers and multi-family residential projects that create a sense of place and adds value to our communities. In my current position as a Senior Technical Consultant for the Firm, I am involved in the due diligence, project development, consultation and entitlement processes for projects to help clients vet out the feasibility of a project before a lot of time and effort is spent on a project that does not \"pencil\" or faces challenges in the entitlement phase.
