I am a lawyer, technologist, product leader, and service model designer. I seek to advance change in the legal industry by delivering practical scale and quality through AI, enriched by domain-specific expertise and continuous in-context learning.As the Chief Product Officer and General Counsel of Lumio, my goal is to embed in our solutions our deep understanding of the work context around lawyers and our commitment to build trust and confidence in the emergent capabilities of AI. I began my career as a litigator at King & Spalding, and I’ve spent the last decade working closely with the office of the General Counsel across the Fortune 500 to drive tech-enabled innovation to legal services. Most recently, I led the design and delivery of co-learning communities among leading corporate leading departments to advance AI experimentation.I believe in putting people first, in culture as a differentiator, in product management as a discipline, in systems thinking to combat ruthless short-termism, in social physics as an unstoppable mechanism of causation, and in faith-based community action.
