    College Administrator and Program Director for the Mathematics Engineering Science Achievement (MESA) Program at Mission College. Oversee the direction of the Mission College MESA program, serving 150 STEM community college students from financially and educationally disadvantaged backgrounds on the path to transfer. Oversee the direction of MESA counseling, and collaborate with faculty advisors to increase services for students. Design and coordinate events; provide student advising and problem resolution; supervise a team of twelve, including faculty, tutors and peer mentors. Connect our students with the greater STEM community in Silicon Valley and beyond. Manage program budget; independently write successful MESA grant RFP\'s, and relevant reports including annual renewals, progress reports and final reports. Create partnerships with industry, K-12, community organizations and 4-year institutions across California and beyond.Program evaluations through Program Review, Student Area Outcomes. Manage and analyze student data for completion, retention, attrition and transfer to increase student success. Committees: College Budget Advisory Committee (CBAC), Student Equity and Achievement Program (SEAP), Student Services Council. Work groups: STEM Collaborative (facilitator), Accreditation, Integrated Plan. Assisted in writing of successful HSI-STEM link grant and the college Integrated Plan. Additional work groups as needed.
