My contributions include- Building and meticulously maintaining comprehensive project files, ensuring that all vital project information is organized and readily accessible- Demonstrating strong bid and submittal creation abilities, and producing detailed operations manuals to guide project teams effectively- Proactively creating job accounts as needed, facilitating a smooth project initiation process- Managing order entry with precision, entering and expediting all customer purchase orders at least 60 days prior to the scheduled ship date, ensuring timely delivery- Efficiently overseeing customer orders and change orders, diligently tracking order status, including any backorders, to provide clients with accurate information- Nurturing positive working relationships with key vendors, enhancing the supply chain and ensuring project success- Consistently communicating weekly ship schedules to clients and actively managing freight claims, addressing potential issues promptly- Maintaining a responsive daily email correspondence system and ensuring prompt follow-through on customer needs and requests- Skillfully managing various reports, including open orders, aging reports, ABC lists, and the trouble queue, to monitor project progress and resolve any potential issues- Handling billing for all projects, encompassing credits and Return Goods Authorizations (RGA\'s), maintaining financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle- Proficiently utilizing customer portals for purchase orders, scheduling, and billing information, streamlining the project management process- Offering valuable assistance on the showroom floor as needed, showcasing adaptability and commitment to the team\'s success.
