I have a solid foundation in both the eLearning/industry and higher ed./academia instructional design worlds. I\'m passionate about technology and how its effective use can support learning outcomes.

   I lead two core functions for the Center for Teaching and Learning Design (CTLD): learning design and quality assurance. I support the Assistant Dean with administrative tasks including planning and coordination of new course developments and redevelopments, and all aspects of the course development process. I also lead quality control efforts and course reviews using the associated course quality benchmarks. I will supervise instructional design managers and course support specialists. I lead strategic initiatives with other Center directors and leadership by specifically providing vision and guidance for learning design and quality assurance areas of the CTLD.
