Starting from 0- Strategic HR Leadership: In direct line with Group Management Committee, develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the organization\'s business goals. Provide leadership and guidance- Talent Acquisition and Management: Create a TA team, to oversee multisite talent acquisition processes, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent. Create, implement and enhance talent management programs, including succession planning, Highpo program, leadership development, and workforce planning- Management of an international team of 5 HRBP in 4 countries, supporting operational managers- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
