ABOUT EDOSA ODARO
Leaders are not asking whether AI works. They are asking where value is real vs where risk is hidden, and who really benefits when things go well vs who is actually accountable when things go wrong. And what I am seeing as I work with boards, senior leaders, and policymakers, is more who need AI to deliver defensible and measurable value - not just impressive capability - while ensuring the protection of trust, reputation, long-term legitimacy, and human values. HOW I HELP LEADERS I partner at board and executive level when AI investment is rising but confidence is fragile. My work focuses on: • clarifying where AI should and should not be used • aligning leadership incentives before value leaks • reducing silent exposure across governance, ethics, regulation, and talent • ensuring AI decisions stand up to scrutiny - internally and externally WHY THIS APPROACH IS DIFFERENT I pioneered AIValueOS, a Multidimensional Value-First Methodology that treats AI as an operational decisioning system, not just as a technology project. It evaluates AI across three inseparable dimensions: 1. Business - value creation, resilience, accountability 2. Technology - capability, quality, control, scalability 3. Human - trust, adoption, ethics, long-term impact Most AI failures don’t announce themselves as failures. They appear later as loss of trust, regulatory pressure, talent erosion, or strategic regret. My role is to help senior leaders see - and act - before that point. MY BACKGROUND I am a multi-published author (The Values of AI, Making Data Work, Value Driven Data), a global speaker (including at the United Nations), and a trusted advisor on national AI strategies for governments and multilateral institutions. I’ve supported leaders through nine-figure transformations across organisations including: Barclays, Allianz, AXA, Citi, AIG, the European Union, and the UK Government. RECOGNITION • Financial Times Top 100 Influential Leaders • LinkedIn Top Voice for AI & Data • Best Chief Data Strategist of the Year • Global 100 Data Activator • Top 30 Most Influential Leaders in FinTech & Data WHEN LEADERS TYPICALLY ENGAGE ME Most leaders reach out when: • AI ambition is outpacing governance • pilots exist, but value is unclear • executives disagree on risk, ethics, or accountability • external scrutiny is increasing • the cost of getting it wrong feels asymmetric If this resonates, you may also value the \"AI Values Daily\" which you can get on my profile or featured section.
