As a Localization Lead Project Manager, these are the aspects of each project I have been in charge of:• dealing with partners and clients from the quoting phases onward, adjusting the team workflow in order to meet the client’s expectations• forming the teams and establishing guidelines and workflow in order to meet the client’s instructions and deliverables format• managing audio localization assets, getting in touch with the studios, handling budgets and quotes• managing translation files: analyze/prepare/provide localization assets, translation memories, filter and supply the correct instructions by assigning multilingual translators/proof readers/external vendors• updating in-game glossaries & CAT tool memories and sometimes finalizing translations• delivering final localization assets by the given deadline and on budgetBeing the Lead role in charge of each project, flexibility and reliability have always been a priority.
