After 20 years in Engineering, leading project teams as a Senior Engineering Manager, I decided to transition into Project Management. I started as a SCADA specialist, building solid expertise in SCADA applications deployed across various environments. Over time, I further developed my natural communication and leadership skills and became an Engineering Manager, leading heterogeneous, international and multicultural engineering teams. I was responsible for overall project engineering activities and budget, with full accountability for solution design, system integration, project delivery and customer acceptance. I have extensive experience in designing cyber-secure engineering solutions for Telecommunication, SCADA, Security and Signalling systems within complex transportation projects, including Airports, Metros, Light Rail, Highways and Tunnels. I am consistently focused on delivering projects on time, in full compliance with schedule, budget, contractual requirements and performance targets. I strengthened my communication and negotiation skills by working directly with customers and key stakeholders on site, acting as the technical reference for project delivery. I am always interested in new, exciting and challenging opportunities and projects.
