ABOUT EDOARDO BOATO

My approach to design is simple: I look at the final users to discover the \"hidden insights\" and find the best solution for them. In my last 6 years at Keter, I improve my leadership skills, I strive to be the kind of leader I’d want to work for. The Human-centered design method is my mantra, working a multidisciplinary team going through the 5 method phases. I lead a team making research and empathizing with the issue to solve. Defining the design brief, design, prototyping and test the sacrificial design concept. During the process usually, I organize and conduct workshops and creative sessions with both internal ad external teams. Perfectionist, I like to dedicate all my energies to drive the project to success! This requires an ability to drive innovation, cultivate talented driven teams, develop viable short term and long term projects, and bring ideas to life through commercialization. I take care of the office space as my home. I love to work in a creative, energic and clean space. In the last two years with the effort of the team, we redesign the office and workspaces. As in the office, I like to simplify and quick the office workflow being proactive and making new proposals, also helping and working with colleagues.
