SOX 404 - Evaluation of the Internal Control System design SOX 404, testing activities, identification of deficiencies and reporting on Internal Control over financial reportingD. Lgs. 231/01- Risk assessment, gap analysis and update of the Organizational, Management and Control Model in compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001L.262/05- Support in activities of process and internal control mapping through field work and interviews, both in Italy and abroad, in order to align all Reporting Unit controls to the Group and Italian Law requirements- Support in the design of a scoping tool to facilitate and standardize the client\'s perimeter definition with regards to L.262/05 requirements, based on both qualitative and quantitative aspects- Testing of internal control system to verify its effectiveness in accordance to L.262/05.
