As Chief Commercial Officer, I’ve led Powerset’s transformation from a product-focused startup into a commercially structured company operating across multiple international markets.My role spans full ownership of sales, business development, client success, and GTM strategy. I’ve structured the commercial infrastructure from scratch CRM systems, playbooks, pitch assets and built partnerships with federations, elite clubs, and sports organizations, including multi-year leaguewide agreements.In a context of limited resources, I coordinate cross-functional efforts, translate founder vision into execution, and drive sustainable revenue growth in SaaS and sports tech environments.
