ABOUT EDOARDO ERMINI

After my degree in Science of Tourism in 2019 (Pisa University), I graduated with a Master\'s Degree in Planning and Management of Mediterranean Tourism Systems at the Lucca Campus Foundation of Pisa’s University with a score of 108/110 on 23rd February 2022.Thesis title is : The new forms of tourism and the Albergo Diffuso: the case of the \"Relais Borgo Giusto\". Between 2013 and 2014, before starting my university career, I studied in the UK at St. Clare\'s Oxford College where I achieved the C1 level in English, I worked as a waiter at the CIBO Restaurant chain and then, during 2015, at Kaplan International College following a 6-month course in Business Marketing Communications, I obtained the Advanced level.I participated in the International food fairs in 2014 at SIAL (Paris) and in 2015 at ANUGA (Cologne) at the booth of Mariani Packing.Co, a private Californian family company, world leader in the dried fruit production sector and covering the commercial role in the search for leads of potential customers.I did an internship in 2018 at Tenuta il Borro Relais Chateaux, owned by the Ferragamo family, where I held the role of Guide Tour and Wine Tasting, carrying out 90% of the tours in English.My task was to tell, also through an emotional video, the history of the estate and everything that the Ferragamo family had created. We went from the redevelopment of the ancient village to the description of the art gallery (about 400 works from the private collection of Dr. Ferruccio Ferragamo) which had the title \"Alchemy between Earth and Sky\".I followed the wine sales with clients and did market research to promote cellar tours. For two consecutive years 20••••20, I participated in Lucca at the Meet Lucca International Tourism Event on Cultural Routes and Destinations of Excellence, collaborating in the organization and management of the event, also developing market surveys.In the year 2022 I collaborated with the GLFC (Genoa Liguria Film Commission) for the following events: Agri-food fair (Finalborgo), Life Style in Villa Dèfilé Moda Villa Bombrini (Genoa), Dolcissima event, the Bellissima container (Pietra Ligure). I also collaborated at the 62nd edition of the Genoa Boat Show with IMD Boats (International Marine Dealers) which is the Italian Dealer for Ribco Marine, a company founded in Greece which produces high quality inflatable boats combining on the one hand the power and speed of the offshore and on the other side the elegance of a luxury dinghy.Member of Leo Club Lucca, Member of the FEISCT: Federation of Historical, Cultural and Tourist Routes.
