Financial Business Partner – Mail & Parcel I’m the head of finance of a €3,5bn logistic business, employing more than 50k people overall, ranging from parcels and mail, to logistics and healthcare logistics, a footprint operated by Poste Italiane through 10 Opcos. My team supports the business lines and all business developments, on a highly competitive low-margin market; built value on successful partnerships with customers (eg Amazon), acquisitions (Nexive), cost restructuring and delivering value to shareholders.Background ranging from CFO level (5 years in current role) financial analysis (6 yrs at P&G) and overall infrastructural business development (9 years at Terna, incubated largest Italian start up in the renewable sector), to top level roles (CFO at ANAS, 5 years in a complex environment through a turn-around project, transition to the Ferrovie Group). My expertise ranges from logistics, energy/infrastructural companies, to mass market.Currently board member for Poste in sennder-tech gmbh, European top digital freight forwarder, and in Poste Logistics, JV with DHL to deliver a Locker Network for the parcel market.
