On this multi-location, multi-stream program as a Project Manager Consultant I’m responsible for: Management and tracking of the project work plan, resource plans and dependencies Administration of changes in scope through change control processes Administration of project issues and risks Tracking of project revenue and margin against budget and forecast Assisting the delivery teams with tracking of key decisions and actions. Work collaboratively within a team both on and off customer sites.
