As an Investment Manager within the Stock Exchange Club, I am part of the Investment Division responsible for managing the society’s allocated portfolio.My role includes- Portfolio monitoring and investment decision-making (buy / hold / sell) on the society’s fund- Capital allocation based on macroeconomic, sectoral, and geographic trends- Asset allocation across different asset classes (equity, fixed income, cash)- Security selection supported by top-down and bottom-up analysisI work closely with the Macro Research, Equity Research, and Fixed Income teams, integrating- Macroeconomic analysis (monetary policy, macro indicators, geopolitics)- Equity valuation (financial statement analysis, DCF, multiples)- Fixed income and yield curve analysisThis experience allows me to develop practical skills in portfolio management, investment analysis, and risk awareness by applying theoretical models in a real and structured investment environment.
