I’m a program manager with a background in digital health and systems enablement. My work focuses on helping organizations implement and operate technology in a way that actually supports the people using it.Most of my experience sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and cross-functional delivery. I work closely with product, clinical, technical, and operations teams to translate goals into workable programs, define clear processes, and keep initiatives moving forward. I’m often brought in when systems are growing, workflows need tightening, or teams need help coordinating across functions.I care about clarity and follow-through. That usually means building simple structures, documenting decisions, tracking dependencies, and making sure people have the information they need to do their work well. I’m comfortable working in regulated and fast-changing environments, and I’m used to balancing structure with flexibility as priorities shift.I’ve spent much of my career in digital health, supporting the rollout and adoption of platforms, tools, and workflows that require both technical understanding and operational care. While healthcare is my foundation, my approach is transferable to other industries that rely on strong systems, coordination, and execution.I value thoughtful collaboration, steady delivery, and work that makes complex systems easier to use and maintain.
